To begin Master Schindel's Toys, you must first initiate the "Into the Underworld" main mission. This involves tracking down an informant known as Goatskin. Begin your search by speaking with the Bathhouse Madam, followed by Adam. Adam will reveal Goatskin's involvement in the theft.

Locating the elusive Goatskin requires a bit of cunning. You can either speak with Lousy Mary or follow Udo, a bathhouse customer who appears on the first floor in the evening. Following Udo is recommended; he'll be robbed by Goatskin in an alley, providing an opportunity for confrontation.
