The event, running from January 9th to 12th, offers players a heightened chance to catch Shiny versions of these serpentine Pokémon. This follows a recent Shiny Rayquaza Tera Raid event that concluded 2024's Year of the Dragon.

This Snakelike Mass Outbreak sees Silicobra appearing across Paldea, Ekans in Kitakami, and Seviper in the Terarium. Pokémon levels range from 10 to 65, scaling with player progress in the main storyline. To participate, players must connect to the internet, access the Poke Portal via the in-game menu, and select "Get Poke Portal News."
