Sonic Forces, Sonic Dream Team, and Sonic Dash are all set to receive updates ahead of Sonic the Hedgehog 3’s launch

Sega unleashes a wave of Sonic mobile game updates timed with the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie release! Prepare for exciting new content across Sonic Forces, Sonic Dream Team, and Sonic Dash.

First up, Sonic Forces receives a major update on December 12th, introducing a brand-new Metro-city Zone. This thrilling addition features three challenging tracks playable as Movie Shadow, Movie Sonic, and other classic characters. Experience the movie's atmosphere firsthand before hitting the theaters!

Next, Sonic Dream Team (Apple Arcade) gets its update on December 18th, adding Movie Shadow as a playable character with unique abilities. Unlock him through Tails’ Challenges and utilize his Chaos Control and Chaos Shift powers to manipulate time and overcome obstacles. New powers like Quick Grind and Perfect Boost enhance gameplay for all characters, while exclusive upgrades, including Double Chaos Shift, boost Shadow's capabilities. Six new Shadow-themed statues and music tracks are also included, along with a revamped tutorial.

Lastly, Sonic Dash (App Store and Google Play) launches its update on December 20th, letting you collect cards to unlock Movie Shadow and Movie Sonic. Daily challenges offer additional rewards. Sonic Dash+, on Apple Arcade, will receive its Shadow-themed update in January.
