Hisuian Voltorb: A Regional Twist

Hisuian Voltorb (#100, also from Kanto), shares Voltorb's evolution path and candy/Stardust rewards. Its stats mirror Voltorb's (1141 CP, 111 Defense, 109 Attack). However, its type matchups differ: Bug, Fire, Ice, and Poison types deal 160% damage, while Grass, Steel, and Water types deal only 63%. Electric-type attacks inflict 39% damage.
