World of Warcraft Has Good News For Players Who Missed an Important 20th Anniversary Event Achievement

World of Warcraft's 20th Anniversary Event has concluded, but the hunt for the coveted Incognitro Felcycle mount continues! The key NPC, Alyx, has relocated to Dornogal, ensuring players can still earn the Detective title and unlock the mount's mystery questline.

Securing the Detective Title:

Alyx, a Lightforged Draenei, now resides in Dornogal, conveniently positioned between the Delver's Headquarters and the Foundation Hall stairs. Their board, displaying clues to the whereabouts of 11 missing Celebration Crates, remains intact.

To earn the Detective title, players must:

  1. Locate Alyx: Find Alyx in Dornogal. (Requires level 68).
  2. Collect the Crates: Follow the clues on Alyx's board to locate and collect all 11 Celebration Crates. (Requires level 10 to start Celebration Crate quests).
  3. Return the Crates: Return the crates to Alyx. Six crates award the "Crate Insurance Agent" achievement, while all eleven unlock "No Crate Left Behind," "Azeroth's Greatest Detective," and the crucial Detective title.

The Detective title is the gateway to the Incognitro mount questline, ensuring players can pursue this rare reward even after the anniversary event's end.

Limited-Time Achievements:

While the Detective title remains accessible, several other achievements tied to the Guest Relations questline are now unobtainable. These include "Assistant to the Assistant Guest Relations Manager," "I Saved the Party and All I Got Were These Lousy Hats," and their associated transmog rewards. The future availability of these rewards remains uncertain.

In summary, Blizzard has cleverly preserved access to the Incognitro mount by relocating Alyx and the Celebration Crate questline. While some anniversary content is gone, the most sought-after reward remains within reach.
