Scan Your Score Sheets to Digitize Your Games

Our app extracts text from your score sheets to generate the game automatically. Once the scan is complete, an overview displays the score sheet alongside the generated moves. If the system misreads any moves, you can easily correct them using our intuitive move suggestion feature, ensuring every move is accurately captured.

After digitizing your game, you have multiple options at your fingertips. You can categorize games into tournaments, analyze them on platforms like Lichess or Chess.com, or export them as PGN files for further use.

Scanning the Score Sheets

Capturing your score sheets is a breeze. Use the integrated scanner or select images from your gallery. The app meticulously extracts the data from the image, supporting score sheets for both White and Black players. This feature is especially handy for tournament directors as it allows for the consideration of both players' versions, accommodating up to two score sheets per player.

Generate Game

Post-scanning, you can instantly generate the game. If needed, you can also manually overlay the move grid for added precision.

Supported Notations

Our app supports a wide array of chess notations:

• English: N/B/R/Q/K
• German: S/L/T/D/K
• Dutch: P/L/T/D/K
• Spanish / Italian: C/A/T/D/R
• French: C/F/T/D/R
• Portuguese: C/B/T/D/R
• Czech / Slovak: J/S/V/D/K

While other notations can be specified, their recognition may be less accurate due to reliance on our existing model.

Game Generation

The game generation process involves sending your score sheets to our servers. The time taken can vary based on factors like the legibility of the score sheet, the length of the game, and your internet connection, typically ranging from 1 to 10 seconds.

Overview of the Generated Game

The generated game overview displays the score sheet columns with the corresponding moves. The background color of each move reflects its recognition confidence. Tapping on a move instantly takes you to the related chess position, offering move alternatives for correction.

Move Suggestions

If the system misrecognizes any moves, our move suggestion feature allows for quick and easy corrections. Suggestions are sorted by probability, and you can refine them further by filtering based on the piece to be moved. After making adjustments, you can regenerate the game from the modified move.

Moves Crossed Out or Forgotten on the Score Sheet?

No worries! In the game overview, you can skip or insert moves as needed. Once you've made your changes, simply regenerate the game to reflect them accurately.

Game Data

Enhance your games by adding player and tournament data, as well as additional details via a description field.

Overview & Filtering of Games

View all your entered games in a comprehensive overview. Filter them by tournament, round, or favorites, and use the search field to find games by players or game descriptions.

Exporting Games (*)

Export your filtered or individual games as PGN files. Customize your PGN exports in the settings to include details like tournament, round, and date.

Importing Games

Bring additional games into the app by importing PGN files.

Analyze Games (*)

For in-depth analysis, open your games directly on Lichess or Chess.com.
