Getting Started with emmy:

1. Download the emmy app and register for €4.95, including 15 free minutes.
2. Verify your EU driver's license to activate your account.
3. Locate and reserve a nearby moped using the app.
4. Park in a designated public parking spot within our service area to end your rental.

How to Start Your emmy Moped:

1. Access the helmet compartment by pressing the red button.
2. Remove the moped from its kickstand by pushing the handlebars forward.
3. Ensure the red switch on the right handlebar is in the "ON" position and the side stand is fully retracted (press the "P-button" for Yadea models).
4. Simultaneously pull the moped brake and press the "Down" switch on the left handlebar to start the engine.

Our Moped Fleet:

Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden feature NIU scooters; Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich offer Yadea mopeds. Always park responsibly in designated areas for mopeds and bicycles, avoiding bike lanes, bus lanes, and pedestrian walkways.

Pricing:

A one-time registration fee of €4.95 includes 15 free minutes (valid for 3 months). Mopeds are free to book and reserve for 15 minutes, with a €1 unlock fee. The per-minute rate is €0.33, with a reduced rate for paused rides.

Over 3800 emmy mopeds are available across our service area (viewable in the app) in Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich.
