Aircraft Open Beta Soars with Updates in War Thunder Mobile!

War Thunder Mobile's Open Beta for Air Battles Soars! Gaijin Entertainment's latest update delivers intense aerial combat, letting you pilot over 100 aircraft from three nations (with more to come!).

Previously, aircraft played a supporting role. This open beta introduces a full-fledged air tech tree and a dedicated air combat mode.

Dive into the Skies: Key Features

Currently, the open beta features aircraft from the USA, Germany, and the USSR, including iconic planes like the P-51 Mustang, Messerschmitt Bf 109, and La-5.

Progress through individual nation tech trees or explore multiple. High-ranking aircraft can be acquired via blueprints earned in in-game events, starting early October.

The new Aviation campaign provides access to the aircraft hangar for research, upgrades, and crew management. Form squadrons of up to four planes, customizing them with various armaments.

Hangar Management and Squadron Building

The aircraft hangar serves as your central hub. Manage vehicles, select camouflage, view the tech tree, and invite friends to your squadron.

Each aircraft slot offers three options: vehicle swap, armament modification, and crew upgrades. Squadron composition is flexible, allowing for diverse aircraft combinations regardless of class, nation, or rank.
