Starting "The Lost Shipment" Quest

Locate the Brannof Hall Dining Room (off Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen. He'll reveal the missing weapons. Crucially, speak to him again to receive two vital leads.

Completing "The Lost Shipment" Quest

Follow these leads. Remove any Town Guard attire before questioning individuals.

Talk to Captain Shirker on The Vincible

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast area). Dine with him at The Delectable Dab near the Town Square. He'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in the Town Square. He points to a weapons dealer, "The Illusion." You must impersonate "Sam" (who has a monobrow).

Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver and 280 Copper for the monobrow).

Ask Around at The Hooked Hand

Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant (near Eel Street). You'll be directed to The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

The Fishmonger needs a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing). Write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), place it inside the fish, and give it to the Fishmonger.

Hide and observe. Follow the Furtive Stranger.

On Monab Row, identify yourself as "Monobrow Sam" (remove Guard armor). Defeat the thief (Level 30). Retrieve the Plumbatae and return them to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
