Developer Dream Dock has exciting news for fans of action-adventure games: they've announced Dreadmoor, a thrilling new first-person single-player experience inspired by the 2023 hit, Dredge. In this post-apocalyptic world, players will take the helm of a fishing trawler to navigate the mysterious Drownlands, where continents have vanished beneath the waves following a global nuclear war. Your journey will involve fishing, exploring scattered islands and submerged ruins, battling monstrous creatures, crafting essential items, upgrading your boat, and unraveling the eerie mysteries that lurk in this haunting environment. Dreadmoor is currently in development for PC.
Dream Dock offers a glimpse into the game's atmosphere with the following description: "Step behind the helm of a fishing trawler and set sail into a world where, after a global nuclear war, continents have sunk beneath the waves, replaced by scattered islands and submerged ruins of ancient civilizations. Sell your catch to survivors, complete quests, and move one step closer to survival. Keep an eye on your ship’s cargo hold—creatures might devour each other! Upgrade your ship and craft equipment to explore hidden depths and secret locations. Mutated creatures and sinister mysteries lie hidden in the deep and within abandoned structures, especially at night. Beware of radiation, as the danger is even greater out there…"
