Waven, the highly anticipated sequel to the popular MMOs Dofus and Wakfu, has quietly launched globally on iOS and Android. This strategy game, set within the familiar Wakfu/Dofus world, offers a more solo-focused experience than its predecessors.
While Dofus and Wakfu are long-running MMORPGs with a dedicated fanbase, Waven aims to attract new players with a fresh setting and strategic PvE combat. However, veteran fans will appreciate numerous references to the series' rich history.

Waven's low-key global release might seem surprising, but the Wakfu and Dofus franchise has always cultivated a strong, albeit often under-the-radar, following, particularly in non-English speaking regions. This wider release is great news for expanding the series' international reach.
