All Romance Options in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Excluding bathhouse encounters, six romantic interests await Henry. While most offer fleeting encounters, a few feature more substantial storylines. These include:

• Rosa
• Klara
• Lousy Mary
• Johanka
• Black Bartoush
• Doubravka

One-Night Stands

These encounters offer a brief romantic interlude:

• Doubravka: During the "Wedding Crashers" main quest, speak to Doubravka's mother near the courtyard entrance. She'll request you dance with her daughter. Select the dialogue options: "Don't worry about the people," "You dance like an elf," and "I see. Let's go then."

• Black Bartoush: In the "For Victory!" quest, within Trosky Castle, speak with Black Bartoush and choose: "I reckon I know what you're getting at," and "Shall we spend the rest of the evening alone?"

• Johanka: Also during "For Victory!", speak to the widow Johanka. Choose the options: "I'll be glad to tell you what happened," "It was a lovely day for bathing," "They almost killed us," and "I think I can convince you."

• Lousy Mary: After completing "Into the Underworld" in Kuttenberg City, speak with Lousy Mary and suggest a drink.

How to Romance Klara

Klara offers a more involved romance. During the "Back in the Saddle" main quest, after the duel with Michael, speak with Klara, mentioning the knights. She'll invite you herb picking. Select: "I can't say no to a comely lady," and "I think she's called Klara."

Continue the main quest until the pistol tutorial. Help Klara at the jail cells, either by persuading the guard or fighting him. Assist her in treating Mark (Schnapps and a bandage) and Zwerk (Schnapps, bandages, wine, and chamomile brew). Finally, speak with Klara at her house and proceed to her bed.

Bathhouse Ladies

Major towns and settlements have bathhouses. Paying the maids for their services provides clean clothes and the "Time Well Spent" buff (+1 Strength, Agility, and Vitality). This buff is also gained from sleeping with any NPC.
