Stardew Valley Player Gets 10 Million Coins Without Leaving the Farm

Stardew Valley: A $10 Million Farm, No Town Required

While many unconventional Stardew Valley playthroughs exist, one player achieved over ten million gold without leaving their farm. The game's core loop – planting, tending, and harvesting – is typically fueled by seeds from Pierre's General Store. However, early-game access to Mixed Seeds offers an alternative.

Mixed Seeds, obtainable by tilling soil or harvesting weeds, yield different crops depending on the season. This is the key to this particular playthrough, documented by user Ok-Aspect-9070 on the Stardew Valley subreddit. The player's success is showcased with a screenshot of their massive gold earnings, achieved using only starting tools.

The Four Corners farm map was strategically chosen. Its layout facilitates easier Mixed Seed acquisition and includes a convenient mining area.

SeasonCrops from Mixed Seeds
SpringCauliflower, Parsnip, Potato
SummerCorn, Pepper, Radish, Wheat
FallArtichoke, Corn, Eggplant, Pumpkin
WinterAny (Greenhouse & Garden Pot only)
IslandBlueberry, Melon, Pineapple, Rhubarb

Early-game income relies heavily on Cauliflowers. However, the Seed Maker significantly accelerates profit generation. Requiring Farming Level 9 and a gold bar, the Seed Maker produces 1-3 seeds (rarely an Ancient Seed) from input crops. Ancient Seeds, with their 28-day growth cycle into lucrative Ancient Fruit, are crucial.

This remarkable achievement took nine in-game years and 25 real-time hours, bypassing typical achievements, but demonstrating impressive dedication and strategic farming within the game's mechanics.
