Finding the Storm King

The final two base camp quests involve defeating Raven and powering the Tempest Gateway. After assisting the Storm Chasers, Raven's hideout will be revealed. This fight requires dodging dynamite and blocking melee attacks while using a crossbow to defeat him.

Powering the Tempest Gateway demands at least 10 Eye of the Storm items. Some are obtained by defeating Raven and upgrading the base camp; others are found in Storm Dungeons.

Defeating the Storm King

With the Tempest Gateway activated, the battle with the Storm King begins. This raid-boss-style fight involves targeting glowing yellow weak points. The Storm King becomes increasingly aggressive after each weak point is destroyed. Exploit his temporary stuns after destroying a weak point to attack other vulnerable areas with your strongest melee weapons.

The Storm King utilizes ranged and melee attacks. A glowing mouth indicates an impending laser blast; dodge left or right to evade. He also summons meteors and throws rocks, with predictable trajectories. If he raises both hands, he's about to slam the ground – quickly move away to avoid the impact. A direct hit can quickly eliminate players.

Once all weak points are destroyed, the Storm King’s armor breaks, leaving him vulnerable for the final assault. Maintain your offensive, remain aware of his attacks, and you’ll conquer the Storm King.
