Top Characters in Street Fighter 6 Meta Revealed

The Capcom Pro Tour is taking a much-needed break, and with the line-up of all 48 participants for Capcom Cup 11 now finalized, it's time to shift our focus from the world's best players to the characters they choose to master. Following the conclusion of the World Warrior circuit, EventHubs has compiled insightful statistics on the most popular Street Fighter 6 characters at the elite level, offering a glimpse into the game's current balance. Remarkably, every one of the 24 current fighters has been selected, highlighting the diversity in playstyles. Notably, among nearly two hundred players, with eight finalists from each of the 24 regions counted, only a single player chose Ryu as their main. Even the latest addition to the roster, Terry Bogard, found favor with two players.

Currently, the professional scene is dominated by Cammy, Ken, and M. Bison, each selected as the main character by 17 players. Following closely, albeit with a noticeable gap, are Akuma, chosen by 12 players, and Ed and Luke, both with 11 players. JP and Chun-Li also maintain a strong presence, with 10 players each. Among the less popular characters, Zangief, Guile, and Juri stand out, each being the main choice for seven players.
