Ubisoft Japan Announces Ezio as Top 'Assassin’s Creed' Favorite

Ubisoft Japan Celebrates 30th Anniversary with Character Awards: Ezio Auditore Takes the Crown!

Ubisoft Japan recently concluded its Character Awards, a celebratory event marking their 30th anniversary. The competition, held to determine fan-favorite characters across their game catalog, saw a resounding victory for Ezio Auditore da Firenze from the Assassin's Creed franchise.

The voting period, which ran from November 1st, 2024, allowed fans to select their top three choices via the official Ubisoft Japan website. The results, announced on Ubisoft Japan's website and X (formerly Twitter), revealed Ezio as the undisputed champion.

To mark this momentous occasion, Ubisoft Japan has created a special webpage featuring Ezio in a unique artistic style. Fans can also download four free digital wallpapers (for PC and smartphones) showcasing the iconic assassin. Furthermore, a lottery will award 30 lucky participants with an exclusive Ezio acrylic stand set, and 10 others will receive a coveted 180cm Ezio body pillow.

The top ten characters, as voted by fans, are:

In a related poll, the Assassin's Creed franchise itself also secured the top spot among Ubisoft's game series, outperforming Rainbow Six Siege and Watch Dogs.
