• b. Even if you have a VIU user, it might not be activated or authorized, often resulting in a blank page within the app.
• c. Your session may have been terminated. User sessions are periodically ended, so try logging out by tapping the authority button at the top right and then logging back in.

2. How can I reset my password?

Our system is synchronized with Interaktif, allowing you to reset your password through the Interactive platform.
