The goal is to minimize your hand's value by creating and playing melds (sets and runs), ultimately winning by achieving "Tongits" (emptying your hand), "draw" (having the lowest hand value when the draw pile is depleted), or winning a challenge if another player calls "draw."

Gameplay:

• Setup: Each player receives 12 cards, with the dealer getting 13. The remaining cards form the draw pile.
• Turns: Players take turns clockwise. On each turn, draw a card from either the draw or discard pile, form melds (sets of three or four same-rank cards, or runs of three or more consecutive cards of the same suit), and discard a card.
