Battlecruisers Marks 4th Anniversary with Trans Edition Update

Battlecruisers is marking its fourth year with a bang, as Mecha Weka unleashes the monumental 'Trans Edition' update for version 6.4. This latest update is packed with an array of new content for both single-player and multiplayer enthusiasts.

What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?

Dive into the action with three new Cruisers: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith. Enhance your strategic gameplay with two new Buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, and deploy two new Units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, to dominate the battlefield.

Customization is taken to the next level with three fresh Bodykits for existing Cruisers: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler, allowing players to tailor their ships to their unique playstyles.

Skirmishes now offer the choice of Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime, while PvP matches get more thrilling with a new countdown start and aircraft trails that now reflect player colors, enhancing the visual experience.

The update also includes extensive balancing changes. Ships like the Raptor see their shield build and recharge rate soar from 3x to 5x, while the Hammerhead's health is boosted from 4000 to 4200. The ShipTurret enjoys a damage increase from 40 to 60, though its range is reduced from 19 to 16.

Visually, Battlecruisers 6.4 introduces underwater transparency, allowing players to admire the wreckage of defeated enemies. The sea's shading has been improved, and the aesthetics of Cruiser and Ship destruction are enhanced, adding a new layer of immersion to the game.

Played the Game Yet?

Since its debut in 2021, Battlecruisers has consistently rolled out significant updates each year. The 2025 Trans Edition adds even more depth with additional SideQuests and the intriguing Battlefortress hidden in the South Pacific.

Set in a Flooded Earth in the year 2732, the game's world is inhabited solely by robots engaged in construction and warfare. Players command their own Battlecruiser, equipping it with turrets, nuke launchers, and ultraweapons to navigate the perils posed by formidable foes.
