inZOI demands a powerful PC to run smoothly, as Krafton has unveiled its demanding system requirements. This article details the specifications and the visual differences between each tier.
On March 12, 2025, Krafton categorized inZOI's system requirements into four levels: Minimum, Medium, Recommended, and High. The minimum requirements are significantly higher than those of comparable titles. To run inZOI at minimum, you'll need at least an NVIDIA RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5600 graphics card, coupled with an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor. Krafton explains this high bar by citing the game's high-quality graphics and realistic city simulations.
Stepping up to the recommended settings requires an NVIDIA RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 6800 graphics card and an Intel i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 processor. For the highest settings, you'll need a powerhouse: NVIDIA RTX 4080 or AMD Radeon RX 7900 graphics card, paired with an Intel i7 14700K or AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor.
These high specifications are unsurprising given inZOI's impressive visuals, powered by Unreal Engine 5. While a console release is planned for PS5 and Xbox, significant optimization will likely be needed to meet those platforms' capabilities.
Krafton has released a video showcasing the graphical differences between each system specification tier. The video highlights variations in lighting, textures, and color, with the highest settings providing the most visually stunning experience.
The high system requirements might limit inZOI's initial player base compared to titles with lower entry barriers. However, Krafton assures players that they are committed to improving accessibility. They plan to implement automatic setting adjustments and continue optimizing the game to reduce system requirements without sacrificing visual quality.
A live stream showcasing early access pricing, DLC, and the development roadmap will take place on March 19, 2025, at 01:00 UTC on inZOI's official YouTube and Twitch channels. inZOI enters early access on Steam on March 28th, with releases on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The full release date remains unannounced. Visit our inZOI page for the latest updates.
