Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Dice Game Guide

Making a quick buck in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, especially early on, can be tough. But there's a fun and potentially lucrative way to boost your groschen: gambling! Here's your guide to mastering the dice game.

Where to Play Dice in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

The tutorial introduces the basics of dice, giving you a solid foundation for the game's mechanics and strategies. Beyond that, you'll find dice games readily available at almost every inn and tavern across the game world. If you're ever looking for a game, just head to the nearest town and chat with NPCs sitting outside taverns—they're usually happy to take your groschen.

How to Score in Dice

The objective is simple: outscore your opponent to reach the target score. You start with six dice and can re-roll as many times as you like during your turn. However, a re-roll yielding no scoring combination ends your turn, forfeiting all points accumulated that round. Strategic decision-making is key! Remember, you lose a die with each roll, making scoring combinations increasingly difficult.

Here's the scoring breakdown:

CombinationPoints
One100
Five50
1, 2, 3, 4, 5500
2, 3, 4, 5, 6750
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 61,500
Three 1s1,000
Three 2s200
Three 3s300
Three 4s400
Three 5s500
Three 6s600

Getting more than three of a kind? Your score doubles with each additional matching die. For example, three 2s are worth 200, four are worth 400, five are 800, and six are a whopping 1,600!

As you progress, you'll discover Badges—found in chests and on corpses—that add exciting twists to your dice games. These come in Tin, Silver, and Gold tiers, each offering unique effects.
